MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
1. Parties
This Membership Agreement is between Palermo Cosmetics, operating on the internet (web) site https://www.palermoparfum.com, registered with the Ankara Trade Registry, Batısitesi Mah. 2. Subject Matter of the Agreement

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities arising therefrom shall be solely and exclusively binding on the Member.
3.4. The Member may not use the https://www.palermoparfum.com website in any way that disrupts public order, violates public morality, disturbs or harasses others, for any illegal purpose, or in a manner that infringes on the intellectual and copyright rights of others. 3.7. The Member agrees not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without permission. Otherwise, the Member shall be solely liable for any legal and criminal consequences arising therefrom.
3.8. Members who violate one or more of the provisions listed in this membership agreement shall be personally liable for such violations and shall hold Palermo Cosmetics harmless from any legal or criminal consequences of such violations. Furthermore, in the event that the matter is referred to the legal authorities due to such a violation, Palermo Cosmetics reserves the right to claim compensation from the Member for non-compliance with the membership agreement.
3.9. Palermo Cosmetics reserves the right to delete or suspend the Member's membership and delete the Member's files, documents, and information at any time and unilaterally, if necessary. The Member accepts this provision in advance. In this case, Palermo Cosmetics shall not be liable in any way.
3.10. All software and designs, written and visual content, software, and hardware featured on the website with the domain https://www.palermoparfum.com are the exclusive property of Palermo Cosmetics. The copyright and/or other intellectual property rights related to these are protected by relevant laws and may not be used, acquired, or modified by the Member without permission. 3.18. Unless the Member notifies Palermo Cosmetics in writing to the contrary, the Member declares and accepts that Palermo Cosmetics is permitted to contact them using the communication channels they have provided during membership procedures via the internet, telephone, SMS, MMS, etc.
3.19. The Member agrees that Palermo Cosmetics may collect their personal and shopping information, as well as shopping and/or consumer behavior information, provided in the past and/or to be provided in the future when registering on the https://www.palermoparfum.com portal and/or through other means, for the purposes outlined above and to provide better service to the Member. and to be used, archived, and shared if necessary by Palermo Cosmetics, companies processing this data on behalf of Palermo Cosmetics, or Palermo Cosmetics' affiliates, dealers, franchisees, or infrastructure providers, The member declares and accepts that they consent to the processing of this data for purposes such as offering personalized advertisements, campaigns, and other benefits to the member, sending commercial electronic communications, conducting surveys and telesales applications, and performing statistical analyses. The Member declares and undertakes not to make statements on social media and in public forums that are defamatory, slanderous, and/or damaging to the commercial and personal reputation of Palermo Cosmetics and/or its affiliated group companies regarding the services and products offered for sale by them, and not to publish any content that is contrary to the law and this agreement. Otherwise, the Member shall be liable to compensate Palermo Cosmetics and its partners for any direct and/or indirect damages incurred. If the Member has any issues or requests regarding the service received, they shall first share these in writing with Palermo Cosmetics and seek solutions.
3.22. Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be governed by the provisions of the applicable legislation.
4. Termination of the Agreement
This Agreement shall remain in force until the Member cancels their membership by giving at least 10 days' prior written notice or until Palermo Cosmetics cancels their membership. Palermo Cosmetics may terminate the Agreement unilaterally at any time by canceling the Member's membership.
5. Resolution of Disputes
The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul and Ankara shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.
6. Effectiveness
By registering for membership, the Member acknowledges that they have read all the provisions of the membership agreement and accept the provisions contained therein. This Agreement is deemed to have been concluded and entered into force upon the Member's registration.
