Return Conditions
1. You must open a return request for purchased products on our website within 14 days of delivery. You can contact us by selecting the product you wish to return from the "My Account" page and specifying the reason for the return.
2. Customers can return the product within 14 days of purchase. After notifying Palermo Kozmetik of the return, the customer must deliver the product to the designated courier as soon as possible, following the instructions. Only products manufactured by us are eligible for return. The product must not be damaged, show any wear or cosmetic defects, and have not undergone any alterations or resizing before being returned to us.
3. Once the return process is initiated, we must conduct a quality check, and it may take up to 15 business days for the customer's request to be approved. This process may take up to 30 days.
4. If the product is returned within 14 days of purchase, all customers are entitled to a free return, provided the return conditions are met.

The original security label, packaging, and certificate must be intact. Returns must be returned with the original packaging and certificate intact. After a thorough inspection of the products sent by the customer, we will process the return process within 15 business days. Please note that if multiple orders have been placed by the same person on different dates, only the most recent order can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
